Our basement was flooded recently and we had to replace our Furnace. Turns out, we needed to replace the air conditioner too. The system was 22 years old 🙁 We called around, got a few quotes but stumbled across CHAUFFAGE VAUDREUIL and Justin came to see us. From start to finish, the entire process was a great experience. Justin knows his product and I feel understood our needs. He gave us a couple of options based on our house and highlighted the differences between each solution. The installer came to install and handled the entire process like a champ. They even arranged to take our old Aircon and Furnace away. They left our house without leaving a mess. No questions were left unanswered and even during the install, they took time to answer any questions we had. Now we have a brand new Mitsubishi Heat Pump/Aircon/Furnace system and even after 1 day, we notice the difference. Looking forward to the winter now. voir moins

Felix diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and got my heat pump working in no time. Definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. voir moins

Le prix était honnête et raisonnable et la date d'installation a été rapide et sans surprise.
